Conveyor Hardware

At Britrac Pty Ltd, we are capable of supplying, maintaining and overhauling your conveyor hardware components. Our hardware solutions include rollers and idlers, pulleys and lagging, belt repair and joining products, and belt tracking. 

Rollers and Idlers

We provide rollers and idlers to cover the complete range of belt widths for trough and return needs. Other rollers and idlers we supply include impact rollers, polyurethane shells, rubber disc type lagged with rubber or polyurethane for harsh abrasive environments, and stainless steel or aluminium made solutions. Apart from this we also offer side guide rollers, TruTac rollers and self-aligning idlers.

Pulleys and Lagging

At Britrac Pty Ltd, we engineer and construct pulley systems to suit your specific application. We make our pulleys from heavy wall pipe with solid end disc construction and can overhaul or repair your current pulley systems. 

We prefer to use internal locking devices for fitting shafts to our pulleys. This permits the easy removal of shafts for repair or replacement. Also, we use other types of shaft connections upon request. Our wide range of lagging solutions include natural, ceramic, polyurethane, FRAS and hot vulcanised.

Belt Repair and Joining Products

Britrac Pty Ltd has a complete range of repair products for all types of belt applications including Diamond Patches, Repair Band, Superscrew and Belt Clips (190E's, 62J's - 550J's).

Belt Tracking

We have a range of products that can help fix the problems you have with your belt tracking. If you are having trouble with your belt tracking, please contact one of our team as belt tracking can be a complex issue and if not fixed correctly, it can damage your belt in the long run.
