Our service offers a complete survey of all stock listed items on the inventory. This service would establish if there is a “double-up” on items and present the findings to the relevant personnel in the procurement department and also to the end-user to determine why there is duplication of a particular item. There will be definite savings by reducing stock levels and through our continuous improvement process, we will ensure that the correct item was used for the job.
